Red face [Fame] Gvg Build attempt

Hello our guild is mostly alot of HAers, and we are trying to get into gvg, we have practiced alot (scrimages and unrated) but whenever we really gvg we also have problems like coordination, and splitting. We tried to play euro split for a bit but it was pretty uneffective as in we sucked at it =p

This build is designed to cause pressure and basically be able to beat them in an 8v8 situation but still being able to split. THe main people that can be split off is the broad head and the dslasher and the grenths derv. Not sure how smart splitting a grenths dervish though. Things i have considered include dropping the tainted completely for a mo/e lod runner and or dropping the broadhead foor a cripshot and dropping the paragon for a rt/ele running not sure on the synergy though. I do see we have weak hex removal, but not sure how we can fix it condition removal seems solid sinc ealmost every cahracter can remove it off themself. THe hammer warrior im also not so sure about since backbreaker is great for when i want a spike or i guess more of a train.

FC tainter......memories memories
The backbreaker guy is more of a spiker.
Flial will only be useful during the knockdown, which is not what you want. Take Frenzy.
As great as a Grenths Dervish is, he's not that great in a split.
Your split would be very strong in terms of offense, but quite weak in terms of defense.

No dedicated Flagger FTL... I would persoanlly remove the Paragon or the Tainted for a LoD Mo/E flag runner. As for the split this all depends on if your splitting offensivrly or defensively. Offensive then i would run the BHA and the DSlash and leave the grenth and BB at the stand.

For defensive, it all depends on the opposition split i suppose.

Ok, ill switch out the grenths, maybe a coward warrior instead =/ or YAA i have semi decent condition removal

backbreaker was for spikes when we are trainig a target but i guess in you ropinion pressure+ some adrenal spikes isnt good? if so ill probably switch it out for earthshaker or dev hammer. Or maybe even cleave warrior/coward warrior

suggestions?

personally i dont think we NEED a dedicated flag runner since alot of charcters can run but if you say so i would PROBABLY drop the paragon for a rt ele runner i dont really like lod runners since they cant gank by themselves, is there a particular reason you want one?

EDIT: or i could keep the grenths and make him more useful at the flag stand and make the hammer warrior more useful for a split, and in addition maybe running a rt/ele runner instead of the paragon or the tainted

A bit of spike power in a pressure build is most certainly nice, but that guy is like pure spike. While not spiking he's a hammer warrior without IAS (can't use flial) or attack skills (exept bull's strike). Nothing to be exited about.
Dropping Flail for Frenzy is a big step in the right direction, but if you want pressure with a built in adrenaline spike I'd take an evis/exe warrior (with Frenzy!) over this any day.

alright point taken, umm what about a line backer i really dont thing frenzy without a cancel stance is a bright idea

also since you think the grents is a terrible gank suporter, which i wont disagree with i might drop natural healing for a res sig, drop the res sig on the hammer for maybe rush, or i could drop enraged lunge (one of my favorite hammer skills =/ ) for rush and jus tdrop flail for frenzy

any suggestions?

or just the axe warrior i think kds are very powerful in this type of build which is why i even suggested a coward warrior , though warrior pressure is very nice i could switch the hammer warrior almost to a line backer for a lot of knockdowns, though an axe warrior would be very solid on a split GAH too many decisions, i guess after i get a bit more input ill change the build around

edit: he does umm have protectors strike =/ maybe dev hammer would be better for pressure also thanks for the input so far

about the backbreaker guy: I'd say take tiger stance instead of flail, pain in the as5, since flail needs to be cancelled when your kd is over, you need enraging charge to be recharged at that time agree with the above post that axe would suit it better if you'd want to spike AND pressure.

I'd take enraging charge on the sword warrior too by the way, because if your dragon slash fails to hit you're stuck without adrenaline for awhile, this is where enraging charge comes in.

that's it for now (I'm tired and wanna sleep ) g'dnite

Hit a better expertise breakpoint on the BHA ranger.

I hope you play like cow does without a dedicated runner and lack of HP. Other than that, looks playable.
